Course Description

Brew U 101 class is intended to introduce a beer lover to the world of craft beer. The student will gain an understanding of the history of craft beer, the ingredients and process of making beer, and the business side of the craft brewery industry. The student will be fully equipped to enter the beer industry with a basic understanding of the world¿s greatest beverage.
